We use a structured project management process specifically designed to ensure your software is delivered on time to your budget and meets your business goals. The process consists of the following high level phases.

1) Feasibility

During the Feasibility phase we work with you to understand your business goals, high-level objectives, high-level assumptions, dependencies, any risk that may have impact, and the major deliverables. We will identify any technical constraints and produce outlines for the solution, costs and project plan. This can usually be done in 1 to 3 days.

2) Foundations

The Foundations phase takes the preliminary investigation from Feasibility to the next level. We draw up a list of prioritized requirements, create a detailed plan for the 1st phase of development and provide a firm quote for the complete project delivery. The foundations stage should take no more than a few weeks even for large projects.

For smaller, simpler projects, the Feasibility and Foundations phases can often be merged into a single phase.

3) Development

This is is where the bulk of the project time is spent and consists of several sub-phases of plan-build-test-deploy repeated as necessary to deliver different components required for the complete solution. We use practices and techniques such as Iterative Development, Timeboxing, and MoSCoW prioritisation,together with Modelling and Facilitated Workshops, to converge over time on an accurate solution that meets the business need and is also built in the right way from a technical viewpoint.

4) Post project

Business changes, technology changes, everything changes. We understand this so we engage in an ongoing maintenance and support agreement so you are not left alone at the end of your project. We can also host your solution in our secure cloud environment.
